Update as of 1/27/2010: Per Walter Shumac "The K was replaced and was stolen again. We have ordered an additional one and have filled a police report. Hopefully we will have better luck with the next replacement."
Just an update. I spoke with Walter Shumac, City of Benbrook, today (January 5th) and he said the letter is on order and it will be replaced when it comes in.
